Never got it

We're currently 40 days and counting waiting for my order. They're always super slow replying to my emails and couldn't have been less helpful. I've been told there was a problem at the warehouse, then I've been told it has already been shipped but haven't been given a tracking number despite asking for one multiple times. All in all a pretty awful experience to be fair 👎
