Returns & Refunds

At Misión, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all returns must be in their original condition & packaging. We cannot authorise a refund if we do not receive your items back to us as a result, we can only offer a replacement.

To process a return, refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@misionofficial.com and please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

  2. Once you receive the return address, please package the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All products must be returned in original condition to ensure full refund. If you're exchanging sizes please provide a note inside the return package & your name and order number so our warehouse can correctly sort this for you.

  3. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund or exchange within 1-2 business days.

      Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend that you ship your return with a courier that can provide tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. If for some reason the courier loose your order when shipping we can only offer a replacement to you for this issue.
